Job purpose: Assist the department Director

Job Duties:

  • Answering multi phone lines
  • Making Copies
  • Typing letters , faxes and forms
  • Filing, alphabetical and numerical
  • Assisting with departmental projects and programs as needed
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendar
  • Preparing materials for appointments
  • planning recognition events
  • Other office duties as assigned


Qualifications:

Must be able to past a 10 panel drug test

Must have 2 full years of office experience

Must be able to type 45 WPM

Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent
