Office AssistantFull-time: Mon. - Fri. 8a.m.-5p.m., 40 hours a week, $16.00-$16.50 / hr.  Cleveland, OH        Mid-Town location. This temporary to permanent position provides excellent opportunities for growth.



 Job Purpose:

    Provide administrative and light accounting support to our client's  Real Estate and Food Operations.


Job Duties:

  • Type letters, forms, memos, documents, etc. 
  • Maintain vendors and tenants list
  • Filing, alphabetical and numerical
  • Maintain files
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendar
  • Check voice mail, take and distribute messages
  • Assist with website updates
  • Assist staff and brokers with commercial and apartmemt leasing
  • Other office duties maybe assigned


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three (3) years' office administrative experience or other related office fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Communicate written and verbal information clearly and effectively
  • Customer service oriented and attention to details​
  • Computer literate and proficient in Excel. Word, PowerPoint and Outlook


Basic Requirements:

  • Ability to past a 10 panel drug test
  • Ability to type 45 WPM
  • A high school diploma or its equivalent
  • No violent felonies or misdemeanors
