1. Check your temperature daily and wear a mask to cover your nose and mouth


2  If you have a fever, chills, a dry cough shortness of breath or any flu-like systems, or been in contact with someone known to have COVID-19 seek medical attention call off work and call the doctor/health care provider and be specific when you describe your systems


3. CDC reports that people are the most contagious when they are the sickest


4. Wash hands with soap and warm water for 20 seconds when possible and dry hands             thoroughly or use hand sanitize. Moisturize hands so they don't become dry 


5. Have hand sanitizer, Kleenex, and sanitizing products readily available


6. Maintain the six-foot social distancing honoring signage, tape or other visible means


7. Instead of shaking hands use other noncontact methods of greeting 


8. If you sneeze/cough use a tissue and put it in the trash and wash your hands


9. FYI Mass gatherings (10 or more) increase the risk of community transmission


10. Disinfect doorknobs, tables, desk, light switches and stair/handrails often

Let's all help spread safety, practice preventative health measurements and protections. Let's learn to live with COVID-19 since there is no known cure or vaccination. Drink plenty of water, exercise, and maintain a daily quietness of 10-15 minutes of  relaxation. practice breathing 10-15 minutes and focus on your breathes Inhale 1-1000 to 10-1000 and exhale this should slow and quiet your body and mind and reset your nervous system and bring about clarity. Keep a pen and paper handy to write down any thoughts you may have. Remember you are not alone the average employee is one to three pay checks away from financial stress.  Aim for seven-eight hours of sleep and eat three balanced meals daily, Limit salts, sodas and sugars. Remove outside shoes when you enter the house, apartment or living quarters and clean the soles of your shoes if have been doing a lot of outside walking, jogging or running.
