03.jpgQuick Employment  was founded in 2001.  Our professional staff has 38 plus years of experience and expertise in cross training, educating, placements, recruiting, retaining, screening, and testing employees.  We also assist clients in defining job titles, job duties, and we keep our clients informed of new employment laws and guidelines. We are familiar with the many challenges that are common in the staffing and human resource industries.  Since 2001, Quick Employment has been successfully placing qualified employees in the greater Cleveland area and surrounding cities. As of 2009 we have placed over 5,000 employees. 

 

Quick Employment Is Independently owned and operated and world wide affiliated.  We are large enough to meet your staffing needs.  Yet small enough to give you the personalized service you deserve from a full service staffing firm. We assume workers compensation insurance, federal taxes, unemployment burdens, paid vacations and, holiday pay for each eligible employee.  We are in compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). 

We have an unconditional eight hour guarantee.  Plus when you place an order for a temporary to permanent position and the applicant does not measure up to your expectations within the first week the bill rate will be reduce to the employee pay. We place only the best applicants.  Most of our clients take advantage of the 16 week working interview and hire Quick Employment's employees for their permanent staff... There are no hidden cost and no additional fees. We recruit talent and experience which equates to quality!

Volunteer Work: Quick Employment is committed to giving back to society. Some of our activities include The Diversity Center, The Empowerment Zone Development, Karamu Performing Arts,  Liberty Hill Baptist Church Children's Band, Mt. Zion Congregational Church Faith-Based Career Development Programs, Murtis Taylor Our Kids, WJMO Family Values Campaign. We also volunteer, in various school district events by giving talks on dressing  for success and setting and reaching your career goals. We also give mock job interviews at the school site during career day.  A few of the schools are Cleveland Job Corps, Cuyahoga Community College, Lakeland Community College, Remington College, Sanford Brown Institute, and John F. Kennedy High School.
