Basic Job Summary: Responsible for administrative support


  • Assist manager with gathering information and documentation relate to

      department and relevant needs

  • Assist manager with regulating the scheduleing and approval of appointments 


Basic Requirements for administrative positions:

  • Must be able to pass a drug test
  • No felonies or violent misdemeanors
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of two  (2)  consecutive  years experience in  performing administrative duties including  data entry, filing numerical and alphabetical and answerng multiple telephone lines
  • A minimum typing speed of  55 W.P.M.
