Job Summary: Organize and prepare information for internal and external distribution; develop, coordinate, administer and maintain department records, and other related information, serve as liaison and initial point of contact for the department and internal and external customers; serve as liaison and scheduler for department meetings, applicable appointments and other department related activities; perform other administrative duties as required. 


Job Skills and Experience:

  • Must be able to pass a drug test
  • No felonies or violent misdemeanors
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of three (3) years experience as an administrative assistant 
  • A minimum of three (3) years experience of clerical experience performing duties such as typing, filing, answering the telephone and other related clerical tasks
  • ​Microsoft Office Suite experience including Excel
  • A minimum typing speed of  55 W.P.M.


 Job Duties:

  • Compiling and maintaining records
  • Answering multiple telephone lines
  • Prepares request for departmental services, materials and supplies needed
  • Confirm that requested materials are justified; prepares justification forms for signatures
  • Proofreading and revising correspondence
